LE BALADIN is a mini beer factory with its laboratory in full view of the town’s main square (Piozzo, province of Cuneo). It was decided that the boilers be covered and insulated with copper and to also use the copper for the aspiration (round hoods with brass borders) and discharge system of the burners (all the pipes are 200mm in diameter). The whole project was thought out together with the client, then created.
